Provincial Military Command hands over responsibilities and tasks of Commander
On April 15, Party Committee - Provincial Military Command held a conference to hand over the responsibilities and tasks of the Commander. Major General Le Xuan The, Deputy Commander of Military Region 7; and Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, co-chaired the conference.

According to the decision of the Ministry of National Defense, Colonel Nguyen Hoang Minh, Commander of Binh Duong Provincial Military Command, was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of Department of Militia and Self-Defense, General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army. The Party Standing Committee of Military Region 7 assigned Lieutenant Colonel Pham Minh Tri, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, to take charge of the duties of Commander of Binh Duong Provincial Military Command.

At the conference, Colonel Nguyen Hoang Minh, the former Commander of the Provincial Military Command, officially transferred responsibilities, tasks, organizational structure, and staff to Lieutenant Colonel Pham Minh Tri. This handover included aspects such as the quality of personnel, including cadres, employees, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers, as well as the management of the Party organization and its members, mass organizations, logistics and technical work, production activities, and economic development. Additionally, Colonel Minh provided direction on defense diplomacy and leadership strategies for implementing military and defense tasks moving forward.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, Major General Le Xuan The and Mr. Vo Van Minh congratulated and highly appreciated the contributions and dedication of Colonel Nguyen Hoang Minh in leading and directing provincial armed forces to successfully complete assigned tasks.
Major General Le Xuan The and Mr. Vo Van Minh hope that Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Minh Tri will quickly familiarize himself with the tasks at hand and understand the situation thoroughly; encourage him to remain proactive, avoid being caught off guard, and provide timely and accurate advice to both Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee to effectively handle various situations; promote the role of setting an example, together with the collective Party Committee - Provincial Military Command to maintain solidarity, democracy, and lead the successful implementation of assigned tasks.
