The Division covers an area of ​​over 1,400 m2 and equipped to secure healthcare services. The Division is, especially, equipped with modern equipment such as ambulance vehicles; self-closing biochemical testing machine of 200 tests per hour, ear, nose, and throat scanners, 400mA high frequency X-ray machine, 4D ultrasound machine of 4 probes, etc. The Division has 6 sub-departments for Internal and external medicine, ophthalmology, dermatology, Odonto-Stomatology, and Otorhinolaryngology. The construction cost nearly VND 23 billion.

The Division is to improve health services to officers, soldiers and their relatives as well as local armed forces and trainees and local people.
