Truong Cong Huy, Deputy Director of provincial People's Committee Office, stated that the center will be led by a director, with three deputy directors and four departments. The center will have at least 28 civil servants and public employees. The branches of the center, which are subunits equivalent to departmental levels, will be established by provincial People's Committee. Each branch will have its own seal, a separate bank account and will be provided with office space and equipment in accordance with regulations. The implementation plan aims at establishing and inaugurating the center at provincial Administrative Center, along with its 9 branches, by December 31, 2024. These branches will be located in the 9 district-level localities, with 91 reception points based on the "one-stop shop" model in 91 communes, wards, and townships.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dung stated that after a period of preparation, the pilot project for the provincial "one-stop" Public Administrative Service Center under provincial People's Committee has been approved by provincial People's Council. With the goal of "serving the people as a top priority", the establishment of the center aims at providing public administrative services in a transparent, effective and efficient manner, reducing administrative procedures and saving time and costs for both citizens and businesses. The center will serve as the focal point, the single destination for receiving and processing all administrative procedures in the province, offering maximum convenience for organizations and individuals conducting administrative transactions with State agencies.
