Provincial Party Standing Committee has recently held the 38th provincial Party Committee conference to announce and hand over the Central Party Secretariat’s personnel decisions to retiring comrades and those reassigned to central agencies from the beginning of 2024. The conference was chaired by Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation.

At the conference, Nguyen Minh Thuy, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission, announced the Central Party Secretariat’s Decision No. 1475/QĐNS/TW. This decision granted retirement to Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Principal of provincial School of Politics, being effective from November 1, 2024.
In his speech, provincial Party Secretary Committee Nguyen Van Loi expressed appreciation and gratitude for Mr. Thao’s invaluable contributions to the development of the police force in particular and the province’s progress in general over more than 40 years. Provincial Party Committee Secretary noted that throughout his career, Mr. Thao held various leadership roles, showing steadfast dedication to every task assigned, never hesitating to take on challenges, significantly contributing to the local development.
He was recognized as a leader with determination, innovation, daring to think and knowing how to do, persistently pursuing to get specific products from work. He is known for his modest lifestyle, his care for colleagues, comrades and his close connection with people. Provincial Party Committee respectfully thanked contributions by Mr. Thao to the cause of building and developing the police sector in particular and the province in general over the past 40 years, wishing him and his family to be always healthy, happy joyful in life with further contributions to the process of building and developing the province.
On this occasion, Mr.Loi, on behalf provincial Party Committee, extended thanks and congratulations to other retiring officials and those reassigned to central agencies from early 2024. For those newly appointed to roles within the province, provincial Party Committee expressed its hope and confidence that they would further utilize their skills, experience and expertise to uphold the tradition of unity and innovation, building on the achievements of their predecessors to successfully fulfill their duties and contribute to the province’s growth in the coming years.
