Provincial Party Committee carries out staffing procedures

On December 30, Binh Duong Provincial Party Standing Committee held the 41st Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference, 11th term, to carry out the staffing process. Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, chaired the conference.

During the conference, a representative from the Provincial Department of Home Affairs announced that the Prime Minister has approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term. Mr. Bui Minh Thanh, a member of the Provincial Party Committee and the Secretary of the Ben Cat City Party Committee, has been appointed to this position. The conference also conducted the election for the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Additionally, it elected members of the Provincial Party Inspection Commission for the same term. Furthermore, the conference consulted on several members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee who would no longer participate in the Executive Committee or the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 2020-2025 term. This included those who would be retiring from leadership and management positions before reaching the official retirement age.

Provincial leaders presented the Prime Minister's decision to approve the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term to Mr. Bui Minh Thanh.

After the introductory report was presented, the conference discussed the election of a new Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. The Provincial Party Executive Committee voted unanimously to elect Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha, a member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, as the Deputy Secretary for the 2020-2025 term, receiving 100% of the votes. The conference took steps to elect Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan, a member of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation, as a member of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee. She was also elected to serve as the Deputy Chairwoman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Additionally, Mr. Ho Phuong Nam, a member of the Standing Committee of the Ben Cat City Party Committee and Chairman of the City Party Inspection Committee, was elected to join the Provincial Party Inspection Committee for the same term. The conference also asked for opinions from the members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on a number of members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Provincial Party Committee members ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 2020-2025 term and ceasing to hold leadership and management positions to retire early.

During the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi highlighted that the Provincial Party Committee recognized and greatly appreciated the efforts made by the cadres in their work, which contributed to the province's overall development in recent times. It is crucial to recognize, respect, appreciate, and commend the voluntary resignations and early retirements of the members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Provincial Party Committee. These actions assist the Provincial Party Committee in organizing and improving its structure, allowing successor cadres to transition into planned positions effectively. This preparation is essential for the upcoming Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. “These are shining examples of the spirit of volunteerism and responsible sharing of cadres for the common benefit of the province; a great encouragement and motivation for the next cadres to constantly strive, successfully complete assigned tasks, contributing to the overall development of the province...”, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi expressed his congratulations and confidence in Mr. Bui Minh Thanh. He believes that Mr. Thanh, along with the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, will harness their collective strength in leadership and direction to successfully implement the goals and tasks related to socio-economic development, national defense, and security, and contribute to the sustainable development of Binh Duong province.
