Implementing the provincial party committee's Program 13-Ctr/TU on building and developing the Party organization at private and foreign businesses, the provincial party committee for corporate bloc has spurred dissemination work on persuading business owners to setting up the Party and mass body organization as well as offering favorable conditions for the organization's operation.Over the past 5 years (2008-2013), the provincial party committee for corporate bloc has mobilized to newly establish 25 grassroot party cells, admitting more than 1,100 party members, lifting the bloc's party cells up to 71 with nearly 2,800 party members.
