Provincial Party Committee’s Office promotes application of science and technology and digital transformation in operations

On March 21, the Provincial Party Committee Office held a conference for its cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in 2024.

Reports presented at the conference stated that in 2024, Provincial Party Committee Office provided guidance and support to Provincial Party Standing Committee and Executive Committee to ensure the successful implementation of the Party Committee's Resolution and the annual work program. 

Specifically, the Office focused on studying, researching, and implementing Resolutions and Directives of the Central Committee, while promptly creating summary reports of these directives and resolutions. Well performed the work of advising and appraising documents transferred by Party Building Committees, Party Executive Committees, and Party Unions, and submitted them to Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee for promulgation of over 1,500 documents of all kinds, including nearly 200 conclusion notices for implementation by Party committees and units at all levels.

At the same time, the Office also coordinated with Provincial Party Building Committees, Party Executive Committees, and Party Unions to do direction work to prepare for the organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; advise on the issuance of Resolutions and Projects on administrative reform in Party committees, agencies and organizations for the period 2024 - 2025, with a vision to 2030; monitor and urge the implementation of directions of Provincial Party Standing Committee to ensure leadership and direction in the implementation of political, economic, cultural, social, defense and security tasks of the province.

In 2025, Provincial Party Committee Office will focus on advising and directing agencies and units in the province to promptly and qualitatively implement the requirements and directions of the Central Committee, Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee; coordinate with Party Building Committees to advise and direct Party Congresses at all levels. 

At the same time, to continue to build a digital office super application to serve the work at Party agencies of Binh Duong province, connecting online and throughout the process to solve work to serve document exploitation quickly, promptly, accurately... Promote the application of science and technology and digital transformation in the unit's professional activities. At the conference, an Emulation Covenant was signed between Provincial Party Committee Office and Provincial Party Committee Office's grassroots trade union.

On this occasion, two individuals were honored with the Medal for their contributions to the Party Central Committee Office; Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 2 collectives and 3 individuals who had excellently completed their tasks for two consecutive years.
