Provincial Party Committee Secretary meets South Korean investors

Early October 7, Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly deputy delegation, had a meeting with Park Hang Seo, former Head Coach of the Vietnamese national men’s football team, along with representatives from several South Korean enterprises in research of the local investment environment.

During the meeting, Mr. Loi provided an overview of the province's socio-economic development and some of its major future plans, particularly provincial planning for the period of 2021-2030 with a vision to 2050. The province will give priority to attracting investment in smart, green and sustainable urban development, focusing on high-tech applications, renewable energy and eco-friendly living environments. With a vision toward 2050, Binh Duong will become a modern industrial-urban center, with sustainable development and a preferred destination for global enterprises in high-tech industries and industrial services.

Mr. Park Hang Seo thanked provincial leaders for their warm welcome. He and his delegation spoke highly of the province’s development and its favorable, open investment environment while hoping that provincial leaders will further create favorable conditions for enterprises to be able to reach long-term development in the province.
