Provincial Party Committee Secretary surveys IOC

On the afternoon of March 13, Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly deputy delegation surveyed provincial Intelligent Operation Center (IOC).

At the monitoring session, leader of provincial IOC reported on the operational situation of the center as well as its advantages and disadvantages. According to leader of the IOC, most departments and sectors have so far connected and shared data with the IOC. Many fields concerned by people and businesses such as State budget revenue and expenditure, disbursement of public investment capital, investment attraction, administrative reform, and environmental protection, job creation, social welfare...have also been summarized and shared by the IOC. The IOC has also implemented analysis and forecast on project management functions and intelligent reporting subsystems.

Speaking at the survey session, Mr. Loi applauded the efforts by all staff of the IOC as well as relevant sectors in building and organizing the IOC more and more methodically with high quality. He also requested the IOC to better perform its functions and tasks, especially in strengthening connection with sectors and fields to share data and reach district/commune-level connection so that units and localities can well perform their tasks.

Mr. Loi also requested all-level authorities, sectors and localities, especially heads of the units, to be more determined in implementing digital transformation, building digital government and e-government with the motto of thinking really, doing really with real efficiency and people enjoying really.
