Early January 26, provincial delegation, led by Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly deputy delegation visited and offered gifts to policy beneficiary families, people with difficult circumstances and participated in a number of activities in Tan Uyen city on the occasion of the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival 2024. Attending the delegation was Mai Hung Dung, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice-Chairman of provincial Party Committee.
Accordingly, the delegation visited and offered gifts to policy beneficiary families in Bach Dang commune, including Nguyen Thi Lanh, a sick soldier; Tong Van Trung, a invalid soldier, with the 59-year old Party membership and martyr Huynh Van Luy’s family.
In the visiting places, Mr. Loi expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of heroic Vietnamese mothers, wounded and sick soldiers to the cause of national liberation and defence. On the occasion of celebrating the nation's traditional Tet, provincial Party Committee Secretary wished the families of war invalids, sick soldiers and revolutionary contributors good health and happiness, continuing being bright examples for their children and grandchildren to follow. He also requested all-level Party committees and local authorities to better implement policies for the local policy beneficiaries, demonstrating the Vietnamese people's principle of "when drinking water, remember its source".
On the morning of the same same, the province's delegation also participated in activities at the "Bach Dang Grapefruit Fragrance" festival, met scientists, good farmers, visited booths...Here, Mr. Loi and other members of the delegation presented 200 gifts to families with difficult circumstances in Bach Dang commune. Previously, the province's delegation visited and offered gifts to workers who are constructing Bach Dang 2 bridge.
