Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission holds the first quarter’s conference on social security, political, ideological and public opinion

Early April 4, provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held a conference on social security, politics, ideology and public opinion for the first quarter of 2025. Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan, Standing Party Committee Member and head of the Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, chaired the conference.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission summarized and reported on some social issues that have recently been of interest to cadres, party members and people, such as: the streamlining of the apparatus in agencies and units at provincial, district and commune levels; socio-economic situation, security and order... At the conference, delegates were informed about the preparations for a series of activities commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). The conference approved a plan to increase the number of cadres and civil servants in Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to engage with the public and understand the public opinion in the province. Thereby, to strengthen monitoring, grasp the ideological situation, public opinion among cadres, party members and people in implementation process of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, Directive No. 35-CT/TW, Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW, especially implementation results of the arrangement of political system apparatus to be streamlined, operating effectively and efficiently according to direction of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee in localities and units in the province.

During the conference, Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan emphasized the importance for agencies and units, particularly those involved in ideological work, to stay updated on directive documents from both the Central and local governments. He urged the need to understand public opinion, especially in areas experiencing significant issues and hot spots, so that they can provide timely advice, orientation, and solutions.
