Provincial Party Propaganda Training Committee to organize professional training for rapporteurs

Morning Mar 16, Provincial Party Propaganda Training Committee organized professional training for rapporteurs. Le Huu Phuoc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Party Propaganda Training Committee; and over 800 Party rapporteurs from all levels, lecturers of educational institutions, heads of Party cells took part in the training.

At the conference, Dr. Luu Van Phu, Senior Lecturer of HCMC Officer Academy, shared experiences, presentation, communication, and teaching skills about the work of Party building, mass mobilization, propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines, the State’s policies among officials, Party members and people strata.

Mr. Phuoc said the conference helped rapporteurs to raise awareness about the position, role of mouth propaganda; thereby, promoting the advantages, effectiveness of mouth propaganda, along with media means, creating a synergy to meet the requirements of the new situation.
