Many opinions submitted to the Provincial Party Secretary reflect citizens' concerns about the city's development and that of Binh Duong province in the near future. Ms. Nguyen Xuan Hoa from quarter 1, Phu Cuong ward, inquired about Binh Duong's development plans to achieve the status of a centrally-governed city by 2030. Mr. To Tan Luc, from quarter 7, Phu Tho ward, suggested that authorities implement decisive measures to combat misinformation and online scams. Additionally, Ms. Nguyen Thi Truc Ha, also from quarter 7, Phu My ward, expressed her interest in the effort to streamline the political system in line with Resolution 18.

During the dialogue, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi urged the relevant agencies to thoroughly address the questions and recommendations posed by the city's residents. He highlighted key areas of concern, including network security, environmental sanitation, improving the quality of medical services, reforming administrative procedures, e-commerce, and stabilizing the market during the upcoming Lunar New Year. The Provincial Party Secretary also encouraged the relevant units within the province to take the public's opinions seriously. This feedback should be used to find solutions to challenges in their respective areas, ultimately enhancing the performance of their assigned responsibilities.

In discussing the major orientations for socio-economic development in Binh Duong province in the near future, the Provincial Party Secretary highlighted the significant challenge of transforming the economy. A key focus will be on improving technology, automating processes, implementing digital transformation, and utilizing artificial intelligence.
The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that in the planning phase, Binh Duong will develop an industrial, urban, and service belt along major transportation routes, including Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4, and the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway, as well as railway corridors. These development areas are intended to benefit not only the province but also the entire region and the country as a whole.
He also announced that starting in 2024, all industrial parks and clusters will only accept investors who meet ecological standards, prioritizing investment in sectors that utilize high technology. This initiative aims to achieve the goal of transitioning to a green economy, a circular economy, and a digital economy.
Additionally, the Provincial Party Secretary mentioned that the province is currently finalizing procedures to establish a Science Park covering approximately 220 hectares in the new city, along with reserving around 15 hectares for a dedicated information industrial park.
