Provincial Party Standing Committee announces appointment decisions of important positions

On June 3, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to announce and hand over appointment decisions of important positions. Attending the conference were Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly; Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee;  Nguyen Minh Thuy, Provincial Party Standing Committee’s Member, Head of the Provincial Party Organizing Committee; together with leaders of departments, branches, districts, towns and cities in the province.

To appoint three district-level Party Secretaries

At the conference, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party handed over the decision to assign Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the Rector position of Provincial Political School from June 1. The Standing Committee of Provincial Party appointed Bui Minh Thanh, Office Chief of the Provincial Party Committee, to take the job at Ben Cat Town Party Committee, and hold the position of Ben Cat Town Party Secretary. The Standing Committee of Provincial Party assigned Bui Minh Tri, Provincial Party Member, Head of Binh Duong Industrial Parks’ Management Board, hold the position of Tan Uyen Town Party Secretary; appointed Mai Ba Truoc, Director of Provincial Department of Planning and Investment, to hold the position of Dau Tieng District Party Secretary.  

Also in the same morning, Standing Committee of Tan Uyen Town Party Committee held a meeting of key officials of the town to announce some decisions, namely, to appoint Bui Minh Tri, Head of Provincial Industrial Parks’ Management Board, as Secretary of Tan Uyen Town Party Committee.

At the conference, Standing Committee of Provincial Party announced the decision to appoint Pham Trong Nhan, Provincial Party Member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly, as the Director of Provincial Department of Planning and Investment; to assign Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, to take the job at the Provincial National Assembly’s Delegation; appoint Bui Duy Hien, Secretary of Ben Cat Town Party Committee, to hold the position of Provincial Chief Inspector; appoint Nguyen Chi Trung to stop joining the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of Dau Tieng District Party Committee, to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Head of Provincial Party Organizing Committee; appoint Le Thi Mong Diem, Rector of the Provincial School of Politics, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Propagation Education Committee; appoint Le Thanh Tai, Deputy Party Secretary, People's Committee Chairman of Di An City, to hold the position of Deputy Chief Inspector of the province.

At the conference, decisions were also announced, namely: Cao Van Chong, Deputy General Director of Becamex IDC Corporation, to be appointed as Deputy Director of Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; to designate Pham Van Hien, Deputy Office Chief of Provincial Party Committee, as Office Chief of the Provincial Party Committee; designate Tran Minh Xuan, Head of Citizen Reception and Complaint Handling  Division of Provincial Party Internal Affairs Committee, as Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Internal Affairs Committee; to designate Nguyen Thanh Thuan, Head of Transport Infrastructure Management Office of Department of Transport, as Deputy Director of Department of Transport.

In the morning of the same day, Standing Committee of Dau Tieng District Party Committee held a conference to announce appointment decisions. Accordingly, Nguyen Chi Trung, Provincial Party Member, stopped holding the position of Secretary of the District Party Committee, to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Head of Provincial Party Organizing Committee; at the same time, announced the decision to appoint Mai Ba Truoc as Secretary of Dau Tieng District Party Committee.

Ben Cat Town Party Committee also held a conference to announce decisions. Accordingly, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party appointed Bui Duy Hien, Secretary of Ben Cat Town Party Committee, to hold the position of Provincial Chief Inspector; to mobilize and appoint Bui Minh Thanh, Office Chief of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Ben Cat Town Party Secretary.

The conference announced decisions to re-appoint Nguyen Thanh Nhan, Deputy Head of Provincial Industrial Parks’ Management Board; Tran Hung Phong, Rector of Vietnam - Singapore Vocational College. At the conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee handed over retirement decision on to Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Farmers' Union.

Determined to complete tasks

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Loi hoped that appointed, re-appointed officials to continue use and improve their abilities, work experience, strive to successfully complete assigned tasks, assist the province to successfully attain socio-economic development goals.  Nguyen Van Loi said the decisions on appointment and reappointment announced at the conference were very important for Binh Duong Party Committee and for the stability and development of the province in the short and long term. He is confident that the appointed officials would successfully fulfill tasks in the coming time.

Immediately after the conference, Nguyen Van Loi handed over appointment decision to Office Chief of the Provincial Party Committee to Pham Van Hien. At Department of Planning and Investment, Vo Van Minh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, also congratulated Mai Ba Truoc and wished all civil servants of Department of Planning and Investment to uphold the solidarity spirit and create favorable conditions for the new Director Pham Trong Nhan to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party, government and the people. At Provincial Industrial Parks’ Management Board, Vo Van Minh recognized contributions of Bui Minh Tri; also expected that staff of the Management Board to continue uniting to gain many important results, contributing to the overall development of the province.
