Provincial People’s Committee has issued a plan to implement tasks and organize the activities of Community Digital Technology Teams (CDTT) across the province until 2025.
The plan aims at enhancing the spread of digital platforms, digital technology and digital skills among citizens through the CDTTs to promote the local digital transformation (DT), thereby guiding people in accessing the digital environment, using digital platforms and technology; expanding electronic transactions; encouraging the use of digital technology in management, production, business, learning and daily life; fostering the growth of the digital economy and digital society, improving people’s digital skills, contributing to the province’s socio-economic development.
The activities of the CDTTs should be practical and adapted to the features of each locality. Members will guide residents in a simple manner, based on needs, to bring benefits to their daily lives.
Communal People’s Committees are advised to strengthen CDTTs by assigning personnel under the population density and household size. Each member is to be responsible for supporting and guiding DT for at least 220 households, helping each household effectively apply the benefits of digital transformation…
