Provincial People's Committee oversees the execution of archival document editing tasks
Provincial People's Committee has recently issued a directive to facilitate the adjustment of archival documents within agencies and organizations throughout the province in 2024.
Consequently, departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts and cities will continue to rigorously execute Directive No. 13/CT-UBND, dated June 23, 2023, issued by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. This directive focuses on enhancing document and archive management while promoting the value of archival documents within the province. It emphasizes the importance of effective document editing to maximize the utility of archival materials, thereby supporting the direction, administration, and operations of agencies and units.
For agencies and units whose outlines for editing archival documents have been evaluated by the Department of Home Affairs, conduct inspections and assessments of the document editing process; actively collaborate with the Department of Home Affairs to review the outcomes and professional editing procedures to ensure that edited archival documents adhere to regulations.
