Provincial People's Council approves four contents in culture - society

To prepare contents submitted to the 11th session (normally in mid-2023), on July 12, Provincial People's Council held a meeting to verify some contents related to socio-cultural fields. Vo Van Minh, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council, chaired the meeting.

The meeting evaluated and approved the draft report on four contents in socio-cultural fields that will be submitted to the regular meeting in mid-2023 of Provincial People's Council, including: Resolution promulgates regulations on some expenditures and expenditure levels to support medical and population work; Resolution stipulates the rates of collection, payment, management and use of fees for granting work permits to foreigners working at agencies, organizations, enterprises and individuals operating in the province; Resolution stipulates the content and expenditure levels for textbook selection in general education institutions; Resolution stipulates principles, criteria and norms for allocation of state budget capital and the proportion of reciprocal capital of local budgets to implement the national target program on sustainable poverty reduction in 2023-2025 in the province.  The meeting also approved the report on the implementation of Resolution of Provincial People's Council in socio-cultural fields in the first 6 months and direction and tasks for the last 6 months of 2023.

Speaking at the meeting, Nguyen Van Loc, Chairman of Provincial People's Council, asked relevant departments, agencies, agencies and units to notice the opinions of delegates, edit, supplement and carefully prepare these contents in order for Culture and Social Affairs Commission of Provincial People's Council to prepare for discussion and voting at the 11th session of Provincial People's Council.
