Provincial People's Council has always paid attention to improving the quality and efficiency of operations; improved in content and method of organizing meetings, making an important contribution to socio-economic development and stability, maintaining national defense and security in the province.
Promoting elected bodies’ role
Since early this tenure, provincial People's Council has held 11 sessions, including 5 regular sessions and 6 thematic ones. Through the sessions, provincial People's Council considered and passed 165 resolutions. The resolutions issued by provincial People's Council are important decisions, creating a legal basis to tap the local potential and advantages, serving the local task of socio-economic development under the Resolution of the 11th provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure. In addition, provincial People's Council Standing Committee has also held 22 regular sessions to review and give opinions on 79 contents submitted by provincial People's Committee. Particularly, provincial People's Council Standing Committee agreed to the policy of setting up 66 draft resolutions to be presented at the sessions of provincial People's Council; gave unanimous opinions on 13 contents to serve the direction and administration of provincial People's Committee.

Along with that, thematic monitoring activities have been organized and carried out strictly by provincial People's Council, in essence, with quality and efficiency. The monitoring content has been focused on outstanding issues, close to the local actual situation. Since early this tenure, provincial People's Council has organized 2 thematic monitoring sessions on the situation and results of implementation of support policies for those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic; the results of implementing policies to attract, train and develop human resources. Provincial People's Council Standing Committee has also organized two thematic monitoring sessions on the implementation of the 2022 public investment plan in the province; the efficiency and quality of operations of educational institutions in the province in the period of 2018-2021. In addition, along with the activities of the Standing Committee of provincial People's Council, the Economic and Budget Committee, the Cultural Committee and the Legal Committee of provincial People's Council have organized 9 thematic supervision contents...The thematic supervision contents of provincial People's Council, People's Council Standing Committee and the committees of provincial People's Council have had a focus, closely following the issues that voters and people care about. Through supervision activities, agencies of provincial People's Council have proposed and recommended solutions for the units under supervision to overcome shortcomings, thereby contributing to improving the efficiency of State management in all fields.
Along with thematic monitoring activities, provincial People's Council Standing Committee has organized 5 rounds of monitoring the settlement of voters' petitions sent to regular sessions in 2021, 2022 and the first months of 2023 while coordinating with provincial National Assembly deputy delegation to organize 5 rounds of supervision on the settlement of complaints, denunciations, petitions and feedback from citizens to provincial People's Council, People's Council delegates, and National Assembly delegates. In addition, provincial People's Council Standing Committee organized an explanation session on the results of implementing policies to attract, train and foster human resources in Binh Duong province; organized a question and answer session between two sessions of provincial People's Council on administrative procedure reform. The close coordination of provincial People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, sectors and localities has helped improve the operational quality of provincial People's Council with effectiveness and efficiency ensured.
Improving forms of meeting voters
The work of meeting voters has also been innovated and diversified. Since early this year, in addition to maintaining coordination with provincial Fatherland Front Standing Committee and the Standing Committees of the People's Councils of districts, towns and cities to organize meetings between delegates of People's Councils at all levels and voters before and after the regular sessions of the year under the law, provincial People's Council Standing Committee has proactively and actively innovated and diversified forms of organizing meetings with voters through the application of information technology, digital transformation, improving the efficiency of meeting voters.

Provincial People's Council Standing Committee has flexibly innovated and diversified forms of meeting voters through such forms as organizing dialogues with the local workers and trade unionists with the theme of "Accompanying and sharing with workers and trade unionists"; organizing provincial children's forum with the theme of "Joining hands to reduce harm to children".
Especially, provincial People's Council Standing Committee has organized a dialogue with voters on Binh Duong Radio and Television Station. The "Dialogue with voters" program is one of the new features in implementing the representative function of provincial People's Council. The program has created a direct forum to record and exchange opinions between voters, elected deputies, State management agencies, and localities on issues related to State management of specialized agencies, units and localities, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of State management and promptly solving practical problems from people's lives, meeting the requirements and aspirations of voters and people in the province while upholding the role of the elected agency as a bridge, forming up channel on meeting voters via a digital platform, creating favorable conditions for voters and people in reflecting opinions and recommendations. The program has conducted broadcasts with the following topics: "Cultural institutions: Perspectives from reality", "Binh Duong - for a peaceful future", "Administrative procedure reform - taking people and enterprises as the center, absorbing a large number of voters.
