Provincial People's Council Standing Committee consider, give opinions to many contents to be submitted to the mid-2023 provincial People's Council session

On the afternoon of May 23, the Standing Committee of provincial People's Council held its 18th session to consider and give opinions on important contents to be submitted to the mid-2023 meeting of the provincial People's Council. Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee chaired the meeting.

The session considered and gave opinions on the form of car management for the general work of agencies, organizations and units under the management of the province in accordance with the Government’s Decree No. 04/2019/ND-CP dated January 11, 2019. Along with that, the meeting considered a proposal on making the Resolution amending and supplementing the Article 3 of provincial People's Council Resolution No. 06/2020/NQ-HDND dated December 10, 2020 on the principles, criteria and norms of public investment capital allocation from provincial State budget in the period of 2021-2025; contents on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the regulation on decentralization of authority to manage public property, procurement of goods and services, repair of public property of agencies, organizations and units; settlement for irrigation infrastructure assets under the management of the province promulgated together with provincial People's Council’s Resolution No. 14/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 21, 2021.

The session also considered regulations on estimating, managing, using and finalizing State budget for performing science and technology tasks in the province; considered a proposal of provincial People's Committee on the proposal to develop a Resolution regulating the content and cost of selecting textbooks in general education institutions in the province; provincial People's Committee's proposal on developing a Resolution regulating the level of training expenditures for cadres, civil servants and public employees of the province.

Concluding the meeting, Mr.Loc suggested that after this meeting, relevant agencies should soon complete the proposals and set up a resolution to submit to the mid-2023 session of provincial People's Council.
