*Contents, programs of regular year-end session approved unanimously
Early October 10, Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council chaired the 22nd session of provincial People's Council Standing Committee. The event was attended by Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee.
At the session, delegates reviewed and gave opinions on adjusting the State budget expenditure estimate for 2023; proposals setting up resolutions on regulating support regimes for full-time students studying nursing and midwifery in the province; regulating support regimes for officials, civil servants, public employees and medical workers in the province; regulating expenditure for longevity congratulation for the elderly in the province; regulating support policies for members of the Party cell committees under the grassroots Party Committees...
Mr. Loc suggested that the health sector needs to refer to other current support levels of the province to set up and supplement regulations, support levels and support regimes in the direction of creating favorable conditions for learners, attracting human resources in the health sector. Regarding regulations to support medical workers, the sector needs to review the commitment processes of districts; support policies for members of the Party cell committees under the grassroots Party committees...
*On the same morning, provincial People's Council - People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee organized a joint conference to unify the contents and programs of the regular year-end session of the 10th provincial People's Council.
Accordingly, the regular year-end session is expected to take place on December 7 and 8. At the session, provincial People's Council will focus on evaluating the situation and results of implementing resolutions on the local socio-economic development and law enforcement in 2023 and setting directions, tasks for 2024; reviewing reports under the provisions of the Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Council; conducting a Q & A session while considering and deciding the local important issues to serve the management and administration of the local socio-economic development in 2024 and the following years.
The session will also hear reports on the results of the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly; report on synthesizing opinions and recommendations of voters before the session and inform of the situation of Fatherland Front committees at all levels participating in government building; consider and approve 25 reports, 28 submissions and 29 draft resolutions.
