Provincial People's Council Standing Committee supervises implementation of administrative procedures in key sectors

Early March 26, a supervisory delegation of provincial People's Council Standing Committee conducted a supervision program on the implementation of administrative procedures in several sectors related to local residents and businesses. Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council and Head of the supervisory delegation, chaired the program.

During the supervision session, the delegation heard reports and explanations from provincial Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Industrial Parks Management Board and Thuan An city’s People’s Committee on various administrative procedures concerning land, the environment and greenery. The delegation raised opinions and recommendations on solutions for issuing land use right certificates and converting land use purposes for cases where businesses have used land for improper purposes since the implementation of the Decision No. 02 by provincial People’s Committee.

Members of the delegation also made recommendations regarding planning documents to ensure compliance with national technical standards on construction planning, the minimum requirement of 10% green space in industrial parks and at least 20% green space within each factory construction site. The departments and units presented their obstacles, proposing advisory bodies to help the province identify suitable solutions for both residents and businesses.

On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Loc praised efforts by relevant departments in handling administrative procedures across fields that directly affect citizens and enterprises in the province. He also requested advisory agencies to acknowledge the challenges, obstacles and recommendations voiced by the public, investors and businesses; continue studying applicable regulations and advising provincial People's Committee and local authorities on appropriate solutions to remove bottlenecks, creating peace of mind for citizens and businesses to focus on production and jointly contribute to building up a prosperous Binh Duong.
