Provincial Red Cross Society receives freezers to preserve fresh food

Provincial Red Cross Society has just received 2 freezers and 2 coolers from provincial Department of Industry and Trade to preserve fresh food supported by donors and businesses for Covid-19 prevention and control.

On this occasion, provincial Red Cross Society also mobilized  provincial Department of Industry and Trade to donate additional 18 freezers and handed them over to 9 districts, towns and cities. It is known that the total value of the above 24 freezers and coolers is VND 250 million.

Nguyen Thi Le Trinh, Chairwoman of provincial Red Cross Society said that in the fourth wave of the pandemic, the society has received a lot of fresh food, so preserving fresh goods before delivering them to people is very necessary.
