On November 26th, the provincial Religious Committee organized a conference to disseminate Decree No. 92/2012/ND-CP of the Cabinet to nearly 500 dignitaries across the province at provincial Political School. The Decree stipulated implementation measures of Religious Belief Ordinance and Circular No. 01/2013/TT-BNV dated March 25th 2013 of the Ministry of the Interior.At the conference, religious dignities listened to Deputy Director of provincial Department of Home Affairs cum Head of Religious Committee introducing the necessity for decree promulgation; layout, main contents of the Decree, jurisdiction of addressing issues regarding State management of religious activities.Mr. Thinh’s presentation also included distinguishing Decree No. 92/2012/ND-CP dated November 8th 2012 and Decree No. 22/2012/ND-CP dated March 1st 2005 of the Cabinet. Additionally, dignities were introduced to religious attitudes, guidelines, policies of the Party and State according to the Central Resolution 7 (9th term).The new Decree and Circular No. 01/2013/TT-BNV were promulgated to handle issues of Resolution No. 22/2005/ND-CP and to ensure effective implementation of Cabinet’s Resolution No. 54/2010/NQ-CP regarding resolutions of simplifying administrative procedures in managerial function of the Interior Ministry, assuring that religious activities happen successfully and legitimately.Thanks to the conference, provincial religious dignities were updated on law information and knowledge in terms of religious activities; knew thoroughly about administrative procedures of religious activities in order to conduct legitimately, contribute to the construction of unity of religion and life.Reported by L.Sang – Translated by Ngoc Huynh
