To combine practice with theory, the school have connected with institutions and universities to varify teaching to improve political qualification of the source officers.

 By 2011, the classes have extended to 20 with nearly 2,000 participants in intermediate and advanced levels.

Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Adminitration (HCMA) and other universities have help the school with courses of laws, public administration, social administration, Party build-up, etc. at university levels. Meantime, the school has helped to open courses of intermediate awareness of politics in Phu Giao and Thuan An to enhance quality of key officers in villages, wards, and towns.

 Teaching methodology is carefully chosen to make the subjects accessible to learners and trainees. In answering our questions, Mr. Pham Van Kim said that all classes are taught in open approach in which learners and trainees could exchange topics and the reports they write out could be applicable to some circumstances.

 24 teachers and 45 staffs are servicing 3 departments including Organization and Administration Department, Training Department, and Science, Information, and Material Department and 4 faculties of Marxist-Leninist, HCM Ideology, Party build-up, and Public mobilization and State laws.

With achivement made, in 2010, 11 officerss, Party members and 2 departments and faculties were praised up for their excellence in patriotic emulations and movement of “learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples”. A 5-year emulation flag was also awarded to the school by HCMA.
