Provincial tourism revenue increases by over 27%

According to statistics from Provincial Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the provincial tourism industry has served approximately 1.1 million visitors since the beginning of the year. This figure represents 31.4% of the annual target of 3.5 million visitors and shows a 10% increase compared to the same period in 2024, which recorded 1 million visitors.

Specifically, tourism activities catered to 19,000 visitors, while accommodation services assisted 127,000 visitors. The majority of tourists, totaling over 824,000, visited various tourist areas, attractions, and historical sites within the province. Additionally, local golf courses, including Song Be Golf Course, Phu My Golf Course, Mekong Golf Course, and Harmonie Golf Course, welcomed around 130,000 visitors.

In terms of tourism revenue, the province is estimated to have generated about 665 billion VND, achieving 27% of the revenue target of 2,500 billion VND. This also reflects a 27.9% increase compared to the same period in 2024, up from 520 billion VND.
