Mr. Ngo Hong Diep, Head of Training Office of Thu Dau Mot University said that from the beginning, their programs were formed in accordance with social demands. The university has not only contracted with proficient teacher, but also improved official lectures’ qualifications; organized effectively learning and teaching approaches, associated internships with enterprises. Additionally, the university invited business managers to give talks to students and collected enterprise’s feedbacks on their training quality. According to a survey conducted by the university, the proportion of graduated students obtaining a job reaches by 80%.

In this academic year, Thu Dau Mot University was granted for 20 university programs by Ministry of Education & Training: software technology, communicative system, business administration, accounting, English literature, engineering technology, architects, environmental science, electrical – electronic technology, welfare work, philology pedagogy, historical pedagogy, etc. and 3 new programs: laws, regional and urban planning, resources and environment administration, which are all selected in the 2013 university entrance exam. Target number of laws program is 200, regional and urban planning is 100, resources and environment administration is 100. Apart from these above programs, the university also enrolls students for 12 college programs, organizes exams and register students for second plus third student’s expectations. Total students target number of this year is 3,300 including 2,300 for university programs.

In this academic year, student target number of Binh Duong University is 3,659 for master, university, college and intermediate level including 1,800 for university program. With the motto “Know yourself rightly – Select career correctly”, Mr. Vo Dang Nguyen, officer of Binh Duong University Training Office, affirmed that their degrees were valid in the whole nation and like any other universities’ degree.
