Provincial Youth Union attaches special importance to ideological orientation among youths

Provincial Youth Unions at all levels last year made efforts in ideological orientation among youths. This year, they will further attach special importance to this task with main contents, especially in association with the effective implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No.05 on “Acceleration of studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morals and lifestyle”.

With the theme of “Binh Duong’s youths are voluntary, creative in national defence and construction”, the province’s movements for teenagers and children obtained important results in 2016. Especially, 2016 was the year with crucial political events, the first year of realizing the Resolution of the 10^th provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the 12^th National Party Congress. The elections of deputies to the 14^th National Assembly and People’s Council congresses at all levels for the 2016-2021 tenure was also organized last year. Besides, this was the year Binh Duong’s youths made efforts in showing their role and position in study and work, revolutionary action movements to celebrate the 85^th founding anniversary of the Youth Union, the 70^th founding anniversary of the Young Pioneer Organization, the 60^th anniversary of traditional day of Vietnam’s Youth Federation.

Hence, propaganda work of provincial Youth Unions at all levels was strengthened with effective models in association with the country’s political events, especially the elections of deputies to the 14^th National Assembly and People’s Council congresses at all levels for the 2016-2021 tenure, the Politburo’s Directive No.05 , the Resolution of the 12^th Party Central Committee’s 4^th plenum…

Provincial Youth Unions at all levels also attached special importance to applying information technology into propaganda work; created new models in this work, including a  “I love Binh Duong” journey, a “Bright examples around me” writing competition…, thereby arousing national pride among youths.
