Over the past five years, provincial Youth Union twinned with localities of Binh Phuoc, Dac Lac Lao Cai and the Brigade 146  of Truong Sa’s Nam Yet island under the campaign of “Sentimental attachment for island and border areas”.

Provincial Youth Union and its affiliates also got involved in many significant programs, including mobilized youths to raise money for the fund named “Sentimental attachment for island and border areas”; visiting and presenting gifts to soldiers in Nam Yet island; awarding scholarships to the offspring of island soldiers…with a total expense of more than VND1.5bln.
