Provincial Youth Union to carry out VND5-billion project for children

Every year, the Provincial Youth Union carries out a project to create favorable conditions and provide timely support for orphaned students, poor students who study well.

Accordingly, from the beginning of this school year, Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial HYPO Council launched the "Small Plan" movement among branches in the province and organized the mobilization of social resources at enterprises to carry out the project. After that, the Provincial Youth Union assigns specific targets to HYPO Councils of districts, towns and cities.

In 2021, the whole province mobilized and awarded 2,000 scholarships, built 13 playgrounds for children, 10 Red Scarf houses, presented 500 online learning devices to poor children in difficult circumstances, with a total value of 5 billion VND. The project has timely provided material and spiritual support for disadvantaged students to study well, especially those orphaned due to the pandemic, and well implemented the "Small plan" movement; built playgrounds for children in residential areas.
