About 1 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine will be given to people in Binh Duong from now to the end of 2021 and early 2022. By that figure, although it may not reach the coverage ratio compared to the population of the whole province, it has shown that Binh Duong's great efforts in protecting people's health against the increasingly complicated Covid-19 pandemic. Speaking at the launching ceremony of campaigns for vaccination and large-scale disinfection over the weekend, Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, emphasized that it was an important event to affirm the very high determination of the provincial Party Committee and the provincial People's Committee in proactively preventing and responding to the Covid-19 epidemic by best protecting the health and life of the people and quickly drive Binh Duong back to a normal state. Vaccines have been distributed according to the principles of equality, openness, transparency, flexibility and effectiveness.

The goal of the vaccine strategy is to give free vaccination to the entire population in the province to achieve herd immunity. In fact, right from the time the epidemic appeared in early 2020, Binh Duong has quickly stepped in with full preparation of all necessary and sufficient resources and conditions to be ready to respond to all situations and protect the health of the people while maintaining production and business operations and effectively prevent Covid-19 epidemics. In the past and under the spirit of solidarity, the drastic participation of the whole political system, the cooperation and unanimity of the people, the business community, Binh Duong has successfully completed "dual goals” set by the government.

The current situation is very difficult as the province is implementing the Directive 16, which is somewhat advanced with strong and drastic measures to soon prevent and reverse the epidemic situation to bring people's lives back to new normal state. In the "golden time" to implement Directive 16, Binh Duong has also strived to maximize people's lives by creating conditions for the adequate supply of essential goods and supporting businesses in production and maintaining jobs according to the options of “3 on the spot” and “1 road 2 places”.
The "golden time" as well as the following days, beside the efforts of all levels and branches, the spirit, consciousness and responsibility of each citizen and each business in the area will play an important role in the fight against Covid-19. People's health is above all as Binh Duong has been showing very clearly that caring spirit. Party committees, authorities, all levels, branches and unions are working day and night to fight the epidemic and protect people's health. For their own health and for the sake of community responsibility, no one should stand outside and everyone must contribute to that noble and humane endeavors.
