Doan Van Nhanh, Secretary, Head of Quarter 14 in Phu Cuong ward, said that Quarter 14 implements a model of civilized and friendly alley at alley Number 2, group 93, Bach Dang street. “Thanks to the propaganda and advocacy of unions and the government, local people regularly comply with waste classification at the source. They wait until the garbage collection staff come to pick up the trash instead of leaving them to cause unsightly and unhygienic wastes. Implementing the model also does a good job of encouraging a beautiful, useful lifestyle to build up  localities and units in the direction of civility, clean, and beautiful," said Nhanh.
