Raising fund for needy children

Under the movement of “For beloved young generation”, the Youth Union of Khanh Binh ward in Tan Uyen town has effectively developed a model on “raising fund for children with extremely difficult circumstances”.

Accordingly, the Youth Union mobilizes organizations and individuals to donate 100 gifts to needy children; coordinates with the executive boards of quarters to organize festivals in celebration of International Children’s Day and present gifts to children with a total expense of more than VND50million every year. So far, there have been 112 children with extremely difficult circumstances enjoying the model’s fund.

The Youth Union has also paid attention to helping poor pupils further pursue their learning. Particularly, the Youth Union has mobilized more than VND50million from organizations and individuals to assist more than 150 children with difficult circumstances; opened 5 charity classes and gave 6,000 learning tools for needy children…
