Tan Uyen district’s Bach Dang commune has been selected as a pilot locality to implement the Project 1956 on “Giving vocational training to rural laborers till 2020”.

Bach Dang commune has so far implemented the model of giving training on how to grow pomelo and safe vegetable for the local laborers.

Bui Van Quen, chairman of Phu Giao district’s Farmers’ Society said that one of the district’s hurdles in the process of realizing the Project over the past two years was the propaganda work, which had not been implememted effectively.

For the Project 1956 implemented well, the province needs to focus on the consultancy and propaganda work. Giving vocational training to rural laborers must be suitable to the real situation of each locality. Harmonious cooperation between the local authorities are also needed to effectively implement this project…
