Binh Duong provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to issue the Regulation on civil service culture at agencies and units in the province.
This Regulation prescribes the purposes and principles of performing civil service culture; work manner and attitude; ethical standards and lifestyle; standards of communication and behavior; costumes and vestments of cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees when performing their office or public duties; stipulating the arrangement of offices to build up a civilized working environment at administrative agencies and public non-business units in the province.
Subjects of application of the regulation are administrative agencies and public non-business units in the province; cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees in administrative agencies, public non-business units, part-time workers at commune level and employment contracts in agencies and units in the province . Agencies and organizations in the province shall organize the implementation of the contents of this regulation in accordance with their activities.
The implementation of the Regulation on civil service culture is included in the criteria to evaluate and rank the annual emulation quality of cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees. Collectives and individuals with achievements and exemplary performance in the implementation of the Regulation on civil service culture will be commended and rewarded. Cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees who commit acts of violating the Regulation on civil service culture, depending on the nature and seriousness of their violations, shall be subject to disciplinary measures in accordance with laws. The Decision takes effect from August 15, 2022.
