Reporters: Growing qualitatively and quantitatively

 Activities of reporting members and propagandists in the province are information-oriented and timely expressive of the Party's view, policies and laws of the State, especially on the ideological front. Thus, political and social stability has been promoted in the province.

 Enthusiasm and creativity

 In the last years, oral propaganda activities in the province have developed qualitatively and quantitatively contributing to the propaganda campaign in the region.In addition, the reporting team also perform effectively direct dialogues to people and listen to their thoughts, aspirations, and timely interpretation and orientation of information in consultancy with Party's committees.

 In the course of performing their tasks, the reporters in many localities and units have innovated highly effective ways of lecturing by applying projectors and two-way information approach to orient the public.

 Pham Thi Xuan Mai, the former head of propaganda in Di An Town said that the reason why activities of reporters in the locality have brought up positive results was due to local authority's care in terms of the quality.To provide information and knowledge, and professional training for the team, Di An Town has been maintaining meetings quarterly in addition to organizing the contests in order to discover and nurture new reporters.

However, the most important thing is, according to Ms. Mai, passion and enthusiasm for working cause.Without these qualities, the propaganda will be in very difficult status. Concurred with this view, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang, Vice Secretary of the Standing Party Committee of Thuan An Town, confirmed the importance of team build-up.This team must be dedicated, enthusiastic to the new job to get propaganda well done. "Beyond from building a quality team, Thuan An Town's authority often keeps in touch with other agencies," said Mr. Quang.Other agencies of Provincial Youth Union, Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company, party committee for the enterprises, and so on also have many creative ways to build their reporting teams for the propaganda.

 Renovating and improving the quality of reporters

 According to the Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, innovating and improving the quality of the keynote speakers need to continue to firstly enhance the combat, persuasion under the motto "towards the base, multi-dimensional information, positive dialogues to solve the pressing problems."Mr. Tran Van Men, Deputy Party Secretary of Party Committee for Enterprises, said that reporters should take their time to explore and study the informational systems to be capable of speaking and above all being loyal to the cause of the Party, Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh ideology.

 In the new stage, reporters and oral communication activities are becoming crucial factors in building consensus and unified will and actions, in building a firm belief of officials, party members and people in the development cause of the province.Therefore, reporters in the province are required to continue improving in terms of quality, firm political view, and enthusiasm for the ideology.

 Mr. Nguyen Minh Giao, Provincial Standing Commissioner of Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, said that in the time to come quality of reporters will be enhanced.
