Resolution of the 11th Provincial Trade Union Congress and news of the fourth quarter disseminated

On October 17, at Provincial Cultural Center, Provincial Labor Confederation held a conference to disseminate Resolution of the 11th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028, and new information of the fourth quarter of 2023 for more than 600 key union officials at all levels in the province.

At the conference, Nguyen Hoang Bao Tran, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of Provincial Labor Confederation, explained main contents of the Resolution to trade union officials at all levels in the province. In particular, there are three breakthrough steps that trade unions at all levels must focus on, including: dialogue, negotiation, and signing of collective labor agreements, wages, bonuses, working conditions and hours, building harmonious and stable labor relationships; for the benefit of union members, workers, and for the development of businesses; Build a team of grassroots trade union presidents to meet task requirements, especially presidents of grassroots trade unions at private enterprises; comprehensive digital transformation in trade union activities, prioritizing union member management and finance.

The conference also deployed new information of the fourth quarter of 2023 on the domestic and international situation, and talked about "Domestic violence prevention" on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of Vietnam Women's Union and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20.
