Revenue of transportation and warehouse sector soars by 8.7%

In the 8 months of 2024, the revenue from transportation and warehousing activities in the province is estimated to reach 27,347.2 billion VND, an increase of 8.7% compared to the same period in 2023. Of which, passenger transportation revenue reached 562.6 billion VND, an increase of 8.6%; revenue from freight transportation reached 11,357.2 billion VND, an increase of 2.9%; warehouse activities reached 15,337.4 billion VND, an increase of 8.3% compared to the same period in 2023.

Freight transport and warehouse operations achieve high revenue due to Binh Duong's strong industrial development and large export of goods. This is a favorable condition for the industrial, commercial, and service sectors to play a leading role in the local economic development.
