Reviewing five-year implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No.3

Early May 12, provincial Agencies Bloc’s Party Committee held a conference to review the five-year implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No.03-CT/TW on “Continued acceleration of studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals”, in attendance of Pham Van Canh, Permanent Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of provincial People’s Council.

Over the past five years, the Politburo’s No.3-CT/TW was seriously implemented in the bloc’s Party Committee. This contributed to improving the leadership methods and operational quality of the bloc’s Party Committee as well as raising officials and Party members’ responsibility for entrusted tasks.

Speaking at the conference, Mr.Canh said that after five year-implementation of the Politburo’s Decretive No.03, there was a strong change in awareness of studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings among the bloc’s staff. He also specified the bloc’s shortcomings in the implementation of the Politburo’s No.03 for change while suggesting the bloc to continue reinforcing effective models in studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings…

On this occasion, the bloc’s Party Committee awarded the certificates of merit to 31 collectives and 41 individuals for their excellent performance in “studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals”.

*The same day, Thuan An town also organized a conference to review the five-year implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No.03-CT/TW on “Continued acceleration of studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals”,

After five years of implementing the Politburo’s Directive No.03, the town’s Party cells set up moral standards and implemented the registration of plans following Uncle Ho’s teachings in each staff, which was seen one of criteria for the end-year assessment of staff’s quality. Many outstanding collectives and individuals in all aspects were also discovered from studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals.

On this occasion, the town’s People’s Committee honored 8 collectives and 59 individuals for their excellent achievements in studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals.

*Early May 12, North Tan Uyen district forwarded a conference to review the five-year implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No.03-CT/TW on “Continued acceleration of studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals”.

The district actively promoted the Politburo’s Directive No.03 among officials, Party members and people over the past five years. Noticeably, the district attached special importance to following Uncle Ho’s exemplary morals with many practical programs in association with the implementation of  the 4^th plenum Resolution of the 11^th Party Central Committee on “Some urgent issues in current Party building”. All officials and Youth Union members of the district registered their own plans following Uncle Ho’s teachings. The district also well realized classes on special subjects about late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals.

At the conference, the district honored 41 collectives and 57 individuals for their excellent achievements in studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings.
