Sabeco Mien Dong Trading Joint Stock Company has just forwarded its annual shareholders’ meeting 2013.

In 2012, the company excellently fulfilled its targets in terms of business and investment, despite difficulties. The company reached 151 million liters of beer consumed, up nearly 8% compared to 2012’s projection and 15% compared to the corresponding period of 2011. The company also secured VND48.9bln in pre-tax profit, nearly VND36.3bln in post-tax profit and paid VND12.bln in tax.

Apartedly, the company built and donated 5 gratitude houses worth VND50mln each to policy beneficiaries in Binh Duong and Tay Ninh; subscribed VND28mln to Binh Duong’s Fund for the Poor and VND24mln to Ba Ria-Vung Tau’s Fund for the Poor; supported VND55mln for its staff with difficulties.

The congress also approved 2013’s business plan with the total output estimated to reach 159.5 million liters of various beer.
