Early June 17, Schoeller Bleckmann Oilfield Equipment Vietnam Ltd.Co. held a groundbreaking ceremony for construction of its factory for the second phase in the Dong An 2 Industrial Par k, which is located in the provincial Industrial-Service-Urban Complex (photo).

SBOEVN is under Schoeller Bleckmann AG (SBO), a leading manufacturer of high-precision components in Austria. In Binh Duong, SBOEVN put its factory into operation in the Dong An 2 Industrial Park four years ago with US$23mln for the first phase.

After its four-year operation, SBOEVN has become one of Vietnam-based outstanding enterprises in the field of manufacturing high-precision components. According to representatives from SBO, the second phase of the factory has a total investment capital of US$2.5mln. SBO will continue spending additional US$20mlm-US$25mln on investing production equipment to raise its ability at the demand of clients in many countries.
