Scancom Vietnam highlights the movement of creative labor

Scancom Vietnam Co. Ltd. in Song Than I Industrial Park has not only worked well on caring for life of their working staffs but also encouraged them by benefits. Thus, the working staffs have paid back by initiatives and creativity to help the company earn billions a year.

Board of Directors of the company set up a steering committee of technical initiative and improvement promotion to offer time, conditions, and finance for their working staffs to engage in creative activities. In reality, many have helped to bring up actual benefits by such initiatives and improvements. Mr. Nguyen Le Hanh, President of the company Labor Union, said that the company has initiated the festival of creativity since 2012. And, on July 1 every year, the festival starts to improve working conditions and production lines.

The company offers diamond, gold, silver, and bronze title awards for initiatives and ideas of their working staffs.

The company is model in encouraging their working staffs to join up creative activities. One worker of the company was honored by Prime Minister while many others have been awarded with merit certificates from Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee and Labor Union. Particularly, other companies have learned from them. This is the happiness and honor of the initiative owner and skillful workers of passion for creativity.
