Scholarships awarded to needy pupils

The Association of People Loving Vietnam in the Republic of Korean (VESAMO) awarded 10 scholarships worth VND10million to poor-but-excellent students at Binh Duong University.

VESAMO President Chang Ho Ick wanted that the above gifts will help the recipients to surmount difficulties and further pursue their learning.

Founded in 2002, the VESAMO is a non-profit organization with 100 members, including artists, journalists, lawyers and businessmen from southern Korean cities. The VESAMO has established the friendship and cooperation with Binh Duong University. In 2013, the school signed a cooperation agreement with the VESAMO on the establishment of its representative office at the VESAMO’s headquarters in the Rok’s Busan city.
