Scientific conference on establishing standards and criteria for evaluating the employment positions of provincial political schools

On the afternoon of June 6, at the provincial Political School, the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy and the provincial Party Committee of Binh Duong organized a scientific workshop on "Building standards and criteria for evaluating the employment positions of provincial political schools." The workshop was chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, and Dr. Nguyen Hoang Thao, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Principal of the provincial Political School.

The conference has received numerous papers and proposed solutions from political institutions nationwide. During the conference, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Thao shared the difficulties, realities, implementation results, and lessons learned in building the position of employment and teaching at the Political School of Binh Duong province, especially in building a standardized faculty, training programs, and theoretical and practical teaching at the institution.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam acknowledges the opinions of the delegates, especially the innovative approach taken by Binh Duong province in establishing standards and criteria for evaluating the employment positions of the Provincial Political School. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam suggests that the schools accurately and substantively evaluate the employment positions, from teaching activities to post-training tasks of the political school, in order to propose the construction of a provincial-level political school that aligns with its position and role in training officials.
