Morning of October 25, the mission of the Central Theoretical Council chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Thao, Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, collaborated with Provincial Party Committee to organize the seminar named Some theoretical issues - 30 practical implementation years of Political program for building the country during the transition to socialism, the focus was 10 implementation years Political program 2011. Participants in the seminar were: Pham Van Canh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council; Le Huu Phuoc, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Party Propaganda and Training Committee; Tran Thanh Liem, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of provincial departments and agencies.

Speaking at the opening, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Thao said that the scientific seminar was important to contribute to clarify the theory and practice in the implementation of Political program 2011; At the same time, to help Binh Duong Party Committee to deeply aware of theoretical and practical issues and evaluated the achievements in implementing the Party's guidelines in the process of leading and developing the locality; Recognizing the remaining problems to draw lessons and develop solutions in the coming time.

Mr. Canh said that in 1997, Binh Duong was re-established, at that time industrial production and services of the province had not developed strongly. Then, to implement the Party's renewal policy, leaders of the province have always been aware of, follow the reform policy and development strategies; make Binh Duong from an agricultural economy become an industrial province. With this determination, provincial leaders set up an industrial development process in line with the strategy of urbanization development; realized the determination and created the consensus among the people. Over 12 years since 2006, the socio-economic situation of the province has changed dramatically. Binh Duong has now become a province with modern basic industries in the country. In addition, the face of the province was also invested, creating a system of airy, modern infrastructures to meet the living, studying and working needs of people and investors. To achieve these result, the whole Party and people in the province invested unceasing efforts to unite, overcome difficulties after the renewal period.
