4 years ago, Nguyen Thi Hai and Nguyen Van Tin from the Northern province of Thanh Hoa were lodgers at Thuan Giao ward, Thuan An town. Their life met many difficulties because their second child suffered a cerebral palsy disease. Their small and narrow lodging room did not ensure their child’s health, so they decided to buy a new house.

In the recent years, Hai must quit her job to stay home to take care of her ill child. Her neighbors often encourage her to make efforts to overcome obstacles.

At that time Trong worked as a driver and Ngoc was a worker of a factory. Owing to obstacles of living, they have made greater efforts to overcome difficulties. Their small house is the result of constant working days. Every day, Ngoan carries out goods to market for his trade whilst his wife works at Acecook Vietnam JSC in Thuan An town.
