Signing of Cooperative statutes against smuggling and trade fraud

On June 25th, provincial Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Health, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development signed Cooperative statutes against smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods.

The cooperative statutes between Department of Trade and Industry and other departments comprised of the direction to fight against smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods, violations of intellectual property, trading and shipping of smuggled goods; the coordination to inspect, control, investigate, handle law violations; advising higher units on smuggling prevention; support each other in consolidating forces. In addition, the statutes specified obligations of each force, summation, rewarding, and disciplines of officials.
