Simplifying procedures, facilitating enterprises

Provincial People's Committee has just issued the Document No. 1926/UBND-NC requesting departments, sectors and localities to reduce business regulations, decentralize administrative procedures, simplify internal administrative procedures to improve the business environment, creating favorable conditions for enterprises.

Accordingly, provincial People's Committee Chairman has requested the units and localities to strictly and promptly announce administrative procedures to ensure the full, accurate, synchronous, consistent, transparent and timely implementation of regulations on administrative procedures, creating conditions for competent State agencies and people to inspect and supervise the settlement of administrative procedures while proposing to reduce administrative procedures under the promulgation authority and promptly handle and remove obstacles for enterprises...

Provincial People's Committee has requested departments, sectors and localities to further improve their organization and operation, ensuring adequate personnel arrangement, synchronous, modern, easy-to-use facilities and equipment, ensure a  wide, airy, friendly and close space with the goal of "Administrative service - user is the center" at district-level Public Administration Service Center; continue upgrading and building a modern reception and return department for commune-level People's Committees, to best serve the needs of people and enterprises; ensure that 100% of units and localities effectively use the province’s administrative procedure information system and update information on the system fully as stipulated; ensure that the actual processing of records corresponds to the processing in the electronic environment.

Cadres, civil servants and soldiers who commit acts of harassment and negativity in handling administrative procedures, providing public services to serve people and enterprises will be strictly handled under the regulations.
