Sociological survey on administrative reform index to be conducted

In Feb 2019, Binh Duong Provincial PAR Index Evaluation Committee issued Plan No. 04/KH-HDĐG on sociological survey to determine PAR Index of the province. Accordingly, goals of the plan were to conduct a socialization survey to determine PAR index in 2018 of province, district and commune levels in the province; ensuring the full collection of information, numbers and subjects to determine PAR index accurately, objectively and scientifically. Subjects of the sociological survey included 18 departments and agencies; 9 People's Committees of districts, towns and cities and 91 People's Committees of communes, wards and towns in the province. Department level did not include Provincial People's Committee Office and Provincial Inspectorate.

The scope of the sociological survey included representatives of People's Councils at province, district and commune levels; leaders of People's Committees at district and commune levels; leaders of district-level professional departments and civil servants of provincial-level departments and agencies, district-level public officials and employees, cadres, civil servants and non-professional collaborators at commune levels. The sociological survey team in collaboration with Provincial Public Administration Center and Post Office organized training and delivered survey forms to surveyors according to regulations.
