Sora Gardens I hi-grade apartment project to be opened

Becamex Tokyu Co.Ltd. (joint venture between Tokyu Japan Corporation and Becamex IDC) will inaugurate Sora Gardens I hi-grade apartment project on March 24. This is the first partial project of Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City with the total capital of US$1.2bil in Binh Duong New City.

Sora Gardens I is one of three buildings under Sora Gardens project located on the area of 31,287sqm with 1,500 apartments. Accordingly, Sora Gardens I is built on the area of 9,082sqm with 2 towers, each 24 floors, with more than 400 apartments. Sora Gardens I is built on Japanese quality standard with park, trade center, entertainment area, swimming pool, gym rooms, parking lot and more.
