Update: 27-01-2016 | 21:29:57

Early Jan.26, provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) teamed up with province-based South Korean Business Association to organize a dialogue with around 100 leaders of South Korean businesses in the province.

At the dialogue, delegates had a chance to learn about the Directive No.05/2015/ND-CP detailing and guiding a number of provisions of the Labour Code, the Directive No.85/2015/ND-CP regulating policies for female laborers, the Directive No.122/2015/ND-CP regulating region-based minimum wages for employees working for companies, cooperative unions, cooperatives, cooperative groups, farms, households, individuals and organizations hiring employees under labor contracts…

They also raised questions regarding policies for laborers and received answers from provincial DoLISA, thereby contributing to setting up a harmonious labor relation between employees and employers towards sustainable development
